Radel Cabrera founded Core Group International with a clear conviction: buying a home in Australia should not require a client to coordinate seven different providers. He built CGI to solve that problem bringing mortgage broking, solar, smart home automation, battery storage, elevators, property management, and interior design together into a single, seamless build journey. Recognised in Australia's Business Elite Top 40 and featured in CEO Times and USA News, Radel brings a background in property development and private equity to everything he builds. His leadership philosophy is straightforward: fundamentals first, growth second. Every system at CGI is built to be measured, every partnership is built on accountability, and every client outcome is treated as a direct reflection of the team's performance. Radel's mission is to empower Queensland families to build resilient property portfolios and to prove that doing it right and doing it at scale are not mutually exclusive.
Tanya-Lee Cabrera is the operational backbone of Core Group International. As Chief Operations Officer, she is responsible for the systems, processes, and people that ensure every client's journey runs smoothly from first consultation through to final handover. With a background in corporate operations management, Tanya-Lee brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to a business that operates across multiple service lines simultaneously. She has been instrumental in building the internal frameworks that allow CGI to deliver a fully integrated property experience without compromising on quality or communication at any stage. Tanya-Lee believes that exceptional client outcomes are not accidental they are the result of well-designed systems and a team that takes ownership at every step. Her focus is on making sure CGI consistently delivers on the promise it makes to every client.
Kelly Rennie has spent over 15 years building businesses, developing client relationships, and driving results across sales, marketing, and lead generation. At Core Group International, she leads business development with the same energy and precision she has applied throughout her career focused on finding the right opportunity for the right client, every time. What sets Kelly apart is her ability to take something as significant as a property purchase and make it feel clear, manageable, and exciting. Kira Love has over 20 years of experience in sales, leadership, and client service. She is known for building trusted relationships and helping individuals and families make confident decisions that support their long-term goals. She guides clients through the property journey with clear advice and personalised support, simplifying the process of purchasing house and land packages from market understanding to securing the right opportunity. Kira believes property is a powerful path to financial security and long-term wealth, and she is committed to helping clients make smart decisions that align with their future.
Kimberley brings more than two decades of experience across communications, marketing, public relations and brand strategy, with a career spanning the property, education, medical, health + wellness, tourism and business sectors.
