OUR STORY

Core Group International started with a simple observation almost everyone selling house and land packages is paid by the builder. The buyer gets shown whatever stock the rep is incentivised to move, finds out about the site costs at contract, and is left to coordinate finance, build and everything after it on their own.
We built the opposite. We're paid the same regardless of which builder you choose, which means our only job is matching you to the right one for your budget, your block and what you're actually trying to achieve.
That led to the Build Smart System: five stages from first consultation to final handover, with the right builders and partners brought in at each one. And it led us to bring everything under one roof from finance, solar, smart home, interiors, outdoor living, property management. Handled as one coordinated move, it saves money and adds value that a Investment build never captures.
 
Since 2024 we've guided more than 113 families and investors through that process, across more than $80 million in property.
