Chief Executive Officer
Radel Cabrera founded Core Group International with a clear conviction: buying a home in Australia should not require a client to coordinate seven different providers. He built CGI to solve that problem bringing mortgage broking, solar, smart home automation, battery storage, elevators, property management, and interior design together into a single, seamless build journey.
Recognised in Australia's Business Elite Top 40 and featured in CEO Times and USA News, Radel brings a background in property development and private equity to everything he builds. His leadership philosophy is straightforward: fundamentals first, growth second. Every system at CGI is built to be measured, every partnership is built on accountability, and every client outcome is treated as a direct reflection of the team's performance.

Chief Operations Officer
Tanya-Lee Cabrera is the operational backbone of Core Group International. As Chief Operations Officer, she is responsible for the systems, processes, and people that ensure every client's journey runs smoothly from first consultation through to final handover.
With a background in corporate operations management, Tanya-Lee brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to a business that operates across multiple service lines simultaneously. She has been instrumental in building the internal frameworks that allow CGI to deliver a fully integrated property experience without compromising on quality or communication at any stage.
