
About this Role
We’re hiring a full-time Remote Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple workflows, ensuring tasks are delegated, tracked, and quality-checked before delivery. You’ll proactively identify issues, connect the dots across people and systems, and bring 2–3 solution options with a clear recommendation—so leadership can stay focused on growth.

Requirements
2–3+ years experience coordinating projects and/or managing people (agency/client services experience preferred)
Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
High ownership and problem-solving mindset (you diagnose root causes and drive fixes)
Comfortable working remotely with autonomy, pace, and accountability
